| About Us Cape Escape was started by Tana Hofmann in 1987, who after a very successful career in developer sales, took her client care to the next level. After finding that there was no outlet for her clients wishing to resell their timeshare or points ownerships, she was one of the fore runners in initiating the timeshare resale industry.Tana Hofmann and her team have fostered a relationship of industry upliftment and after 18 years of experience, provide clients with the most affordable options in buying and selling timeshare worldwide. Cape Escape's head office is based in Cape Town, South Africa with further offices in Natal and Gauteng. We also have representation in USA, UK and over 30 freelance agents in other major cities worldwide. All Cape Escape resale agents are members of TISA (Timeshare Institute of South Africa), which is a regulating body laying down a stringent code of conduct to which we strictly adhere. We are also all members of The Estate Agent Board and are fully fledged real estate brokers. We maintain audited trust accounts so our clients can rest assured that their funds are under written by the Fidelity Fund. We adhere strictly to the industry code of conduct and our clients interests come first. We have had a long association with RCI and work closely with their management team on a number of resale and new membership issues.
