| Our beetles Allow yourself a unique holiday or break away in South Africa with one of the most loved classic cars - the VW Beetle. Even if you want to visit neighbouring countries, no problem, we allow you to visit Namibia and Botswana, however, you have to make specific arrangements with us. We rent out on a monthly basis to any person of any age, as long as they have a valid drivers license. ....and we charge unbelievable rates. We have a 24 hour around the clock maintenance, support and emergency service team that takes care of you and your Beetle on the S.A. roads. Our 18 years experience with these classic little cars, our highly skilled staff and our extremely large workshop guarantee you all the help you would need in case of an accident or emergency. We will even provide you with a reserve vehicle. Situated in Cape Town's suburb Brackenfell and with close to 150 of these classic cars we have one of the largest, if not the largest fleet of Beetles in Africa. Yes, we rent out Beetles but we take also great care in maintaining and repairing these special cars and we are renowned as specialist remanufacturers of "new" VW Beetles. Best Beetle guarantees you the fastest and smoothest rental transaction of your life and for your hassel free holiday. Our detailed agreement of your transaction with us ensures that nothing is unclear or left to chance. We pick you up when you request a car (wherever you are in Cape Town) and we will gladly give you wheels! Yes! We will even take you to the airport when you have returned the car and are leaving again. Rates Our rates are R 1750.00 per month, with an admin fee of R200 This INCLUDES unlimited mileage, all rental rates, taxes and comprehensive insurance, although we are forced to require an excess amount of R 2000 from you in case of accident as this is required by law in the Republic of South Africa insofar as we cannot insure a vehicle without having to pay an excess. At this point, regrettably we do not have a daily rate, as our infrastructure is only geared towards extremely affordable monthly rates. We have too many rental vehicles ( 250 VW Beetles and a fleet of VW Kombi's) to handle daily rentals without increasing our rental staff by a very large spectrum, thus killing of our affordability at this stage. We include transport to our premises from your hotel / lodge or airport to collect the vehicle, and the same after delivering the vehicle back afterwards as a free service, but please arrange these details in advance if possible (times and dates can be arranged later, just confirm that transport as such would be needed.) |
