| DL Coffin Warehouse is situated just outside Cullinan. All our Coffins and Caskets are made with the greatest of care and we are passionate about our work. We deliver to most areas When you register a death with the Department of Home Affairs, you will be issued with an abridged death certificate. If you require a replacement copy or if you require a full death certificate, you can apply for these at your nearest Home Affairs office by completing form BI-132. When a person dies, the family must report the death to the Registrar of Births and Deaths. They must do this as soon as the family gets a death certificate from the doctor. To register a death you need to get a certificate of cause of death from a doctor. Then the funeral undertaker needs to complete certain sections on the form.
