| Kidz 'n Petz Dezigns Who are we? We are a small company which started in September 2007, designing & manufacturing wooden housing products for pets and playhouses for children. As the pets products have taken off so well, this is now our main focus. What is our core business? Dog kennels, puppy pens (attached to the kennels or as a separate enclosure), bunny & guinea pig hutches with enclosed runs, snake houses, racing pigeon boxes, aviaries, housing for ducks & geese, fish tank stands, you name it, we make it! Why did we decide to make this our business? Our animal friends deserve a superior product, designed specifically with the animals comfort in mind and convenience for the owner. We have carefully thought what would make the dog, bunny, guinea pig, duck or goose comfortable? What protection would they require from the elements? Would they appreciate the roof which is waterproofed so they also could sleep comfortably, without having rain droplets, dripping onto their already cold bodies? Or opened in the summer, allowing a cool breeze to blow through? And, the water friends - the duck and the goose, don't mind the rain droplets in the winter, but what about the terrible gusts of slashing cold storms or burning sun rays? They would like protection from this, as would their young. Our family love animals and have had the opportunity of growing up mainly around dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish, ducks, geese, chickens & horses, to name a few, although my wife draws the line at snakes! Watching them and realizing what it is they need, what would make them comfortable - after all, the person that takes on the responsibility of buying an animal, be it a dog, a rabbit, a guinea pig or two, or the feathered friend, takes on the responsibility of ensuring that the animal is relaying on them for their choice of accommodation, food and lifestyle. All our products are made of solid wood, treated inside & outside with a genuine non-toxic wood preservative. The safety catch inside the kennel prevents the wind blowing the roof open as well as preventing young kids from opening the roof unsupervised. Some of the bigger "houses" even have wheels on for easier movability - easy enough for a single person to move around! Our products are hand crafted & you can be assured of superior quality in each & every product. Where are we based?
