| Mansvelt Construction has been trading since 2004. Ian Mansvelt is the owner of this company specializing in the upper residential side of the construction market. He has been working in this industry for 15 years now of which he has been in Cape Town for 9 years.
Prior to this he was working for large construction companies as Project Manager doing more commercial type projects in Johannesburg as well as residential type developments.
Mansvelt Construction is experienced with doing Lumpsum Contracts in accordance with the JBCC minor works, and the principle agreements.
Mansvelt Construction is also prepared to work on a project management type basis which would be negotiated with you.
Mansvelt Construction is a member of the Master Builders Association, Building Industries Bargaining Council, and National Home Builders Registration Council. Mansvelt Construction also pays the compensation commissioner to cover any work injuries to our employees.
Mansvelt Construction has a Construction All Risks policy in place.
