Pierre Lotti Café was established in the year 2004 and our factory is located in Pretoria, Gauteng, the hub of the South African economy. Our brew masters have more than 30 years experience in the coffee industry, with knowledge and technical experience gained at specialist coffee businesses all over the globe. We carefully select our coffee beans for their aroma, taste and flavour from all the best coffee growing countries, such as Guatemala, Costa Rica, Kenya, Malawi, Zambia, Indonesia and Vietnam. All our coffee roasting and grinding equipment has been selected to produce the perfect cup of coffee. Our coffee roaster is equipped with a computer system that enables the brew master to choose the best conditions to roast his selected coffee beans for each blend, therefore ensuring that all batches are roasted to the same high quality standards. The grinder is equipped with the well-known "La Page" cut grinding rollers to ensure that the roasted coffee beans are ground to perfection in strictly controlled hygienic conditions.
